When it comes to tracking the battery power on our PDA most of us will settle for just glancing at our Palm every few hours.
However, it you really want to analyze your battery's performance over time then you're best off installing a third party application to get the job done for you.
BatteryTrace is just such an application and allows you to track changes in power over time.
You can choose to display the changes in charge over different periods of time, namely: one hour, one day, one week or two weeks.
You simply need to choose a timeframe from the drop-down menu (you can't enter a custom time interval, unfortunately) and click 'Start' to start the analysis.
Clicking 'View' will display a line graph outlining the rate at which your power decreases based on the percentage of maximum charge. You can also quickly view the kind of battery in your device by choosing 'Battery Type' from the main TraceBattery menu.
